ASUS won 2nd place as the largest notebook vendor Indonesia


One notebook manufacturer, for the first quarter of 2013, ASUS managed to occupy the second rank as the largest notebook vendor in Indonesia.

According to data from the work of the International Data Corporation (IDC), ASUS product sales for the Indonesian region quite encouraging. Apparently, the IDC report also almost the same as the data is owned by ASUS itself.

In the IDC report, for Q1 2013, the Taiwanese manufacturer's market, within three months of the first successfully marketed many as 261,520 units in Indonesia notebook or get a market share of approximately 26.78 per cent.

While the data is owned by ASUS themselves, they managed to get a market share of 28.97 percent and its products successfully sold over 282 291 units of the notebook.

"From the IDC data, this means that ASUS is getting stronger position at number two, and the difference with a brand that is in the first position are now just 2 percent of it," said Juliana Cen, Manager of Product Management and Marketing, ASUS Indonesia.

Although it managed to get a large percentage of market share in Indonesian affairs, but Julia explains that ASUS will not be complacent and will continue to deliver innovative products, high quality with attractive design support.
