Purchased rumored Google, WhatsApp's response




Google news had spread that the company's instant messaging WhatsApp annexed, but the news was quickly denied by the parties concerned.

WhatsApp head of business development at AllThingsD Neeraj Arora said that his company was not involved in acquisition talks with Google.

Previously, according to news first reported by the website Digital Trends, WhatsApp has been discussion about the purchase was for "four or five weeks".

Arora declined to comment further. However, word got out in January Koum CEO WhatsApp will likely give more detailed explanations about these rumors, at a conference next week.

Previously, in December 2012, WhatsApp also been rumored to be bought up.

Founded in 2009, WhatApp has been transformed into one of the most popular mobile application in the world. Formula flagship is cross platform messaging, including text, images, video, audio, and location data.

WhatsApp application available for the Android platform, BlackBerry, iOS, Symbian, and Windows Phone. The application reportedly has about 100 million users spread across 250 countries.
