Relaxed palace there is a demo of the starting fuel price hike


Presidential spokesman Julian Aldrin Pasha admitted to not worry about the lack of information actions massive demonstration at the Palace and the House of Representatives. Therefore, the activities of the protest was the view of certain parties who can not accept the subsidized fuel price hike.

"What needs to be addressed? Yeah right regular judge it if there is a policy to increase the price it deemed unacceptable, that's the view of the majority party," Julian said at the Presidential Office, Jakarta, Monday (17/6).

Based on those previous experiences, similar action has been repeatedly done by a group of people to reject the subsidized fuel price hike. Finally, the rally took place a year ago at two points, namely the Palace and the House of Representatives.

"We have had the experience of raising fuel prices some time ago, and it's not all there is no rally. So that's the dynamics of kebasan think of this country. Certainly it can be argued that everything in this country it will be good," he said.

With the rallies, he hopes that it does not interfere with activities of state guest arrival to meet with President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) at the Presidential Palace this afternoon. The government has entrusted entirely to the police security process.

"Officials working right, they have their own SOPs. Hopefully not (disturbed)," he said.

Today the House of Representatives is holding a plenary session about rising fuel prices. About five thousand workers who are members of the Council of Indonesian Workers Labor (MPBI) rallies reject the fuel price hike in front of the capitol. Masses of workers from Bekasi, Tangerang and Bogor also rejected the government's plan to provide Direct Assistance While Community (BLSM).
