Ulema of Saudi Arabia has made statements controversy. He issued a fatwa women were banned from traveling to the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, because there are many things sinful and immoral.
Al Arabiya television reported on Monday (17/6), Sheikh Mohammed al-Shanar using social networking accounts on Twitter in order to answer a question from a woman if she could visit Dubai without guard him.
