Shape Back Navy Anti-submarine Squadron Heli Diving


Eleven units of anti-submarine helicopters, in the near future will strengthen the ranks of defense equipment cost the Navy. This is not the first time the Indonesian military has an anti-submarine helicopter, before Indonesia have it in the 1960s.
According to the Chief of Navy Staff Admiral Marsetio on Friday, June 21, 2013, anti-submarine helicopters that will come in stages and arrive no later than October 5 next year which further direct the Navy to strengthen defense equipment. Currently still in progress, there are still two candidates helicopter providers. However, the requirements must be eleven helicopters, added Kasal.
"Helicopter AKS (anti-submarine) which will come as many as 11 units. To the author, are still in the process of the auction. There are two producers who are following the auction stage," said Marsetio. For value, Marsetio said he could not reveal, because it is the authority of the Ministry of Defense.
With the advent of anti-submarine helicopters, the Navy will also form the Anti-submarine Squadron 100 Submarine at Naval Airmen Center (Puspenerbal) Lanudal Juanda. "The process of re-establishment of Squadron 100, currently under preparation. Starting from building facilities, hangars, facilities infrastructure, mechanics, and pilots were already in the process," said Marsetio. "We will go back to the heyday of the Navy, including succession planning candidates pengawaknya well we prepared," he said.
Squadron 100 is itself a special air squadron of anti-submarine helicopters. According Marsetio, former Navy Flight Squadron've had this in the 1960s. However, because the plane is not there, the squadron was merged with another squadron. 

Kasal promised, on October 5, 2014 (HUT TNI) later, the Navy will present the strength fighter Fleet Weapon System Integrated (SSAT), both from warships, aircraft, marine corps, or bases.
