Syrian government lure of high salaries for those willing to defend Assad


A footage showing a brigadier of the Syrian government forces are recruiting young people to join and fight for Bechar President al-Assad yesterday circulated on the Internet. The youth was later offered a job in the administration and salary increases.
"Anybody want to come with us will be treated as a public servant and his salary will be increased 50 percent," said Brigadier Muhammad Khadour, as reported by Al Arabiya television on Wednesday (5/6).
"In addition, for those who want to choose as a volunteer, then we have the ammunition and weapons for you," said Khadour.
Khadour, who was accompanied by the Mayor of Aleppo Akid Muhammad Wahid, a Sunni, also promises a few other things.
He promised the youth of the region Nibl, outskirts of Aleppo, which is predominantly Shiite, in order to make their area that became the capital of Aleppo. "All of your requests will be answered." Before delivering his statement, Khadour seen cheering and said, 'Labyka Ya Hussein' or 'greetings for Hussein'. 

Bechar al-Assad claimed that the rebel group, which has been fighting his government, as Islamic radicals and terrorists.
