Restaurant YO! Sushi from Japan is trying new technologies to serve sushi at their restaurant. They tried to present the food in a way to fly. Advanced discovery called iTray was first tried at a restaurant in Soho.
Robin Rowland, CEO of YO! Sushi in London explained that the company they are trying new things out of bounds with iTray. ITray technology itself can fly up to 25 mph on the customer and can be controlled by an iPad.
This tool is equipped with two cameras that can be made easily check that the kitchen staff had delivered food to customers via a live feed.
"When I order a burger, I do not think that the burger plate would fly at me.'s Very great. Was strange, but it is almost like the one in the fiction novel," said one customer who was struck, as reported by Digital Spy (09 / 06).
