Yahoo! lost against NSA was guile United States?

Since the past few weeks, news about PRISM continues to climb. The news was widely circulated at this time is the involvement of Yahoo! will be leaking personal data users.

Since the Sept. 11 attacks, the U.S. fears terrorists will increase. Therefore, the leadership of George W. Bush era, he further enhance a particular operation or a Special Source Operation or called PRISM.

PRISM is already long established. Program, which used the 100 companies in the United States since the 1970s under the direct supervision of an agency called the NSA (National Security Agency).

Some of this week, reporting on PRISM jumped dramatically because the U.S. government wants all companies with millions of users such as Microsoft, Yahoo!, Google, Facebook, Paltalk, YouTube, AOL, Apple, and other user data transmit them to the NSA.

Although some companies refused and no direct action 'petty boycott' will the PRISM program, but others are not transparent to follow. Some even tried to drag the case 'deposited' data to the user's court.

One is Yahoo!. As reported Huffington Post (14/06), unfortunately, Yahoo! finally had to lose because the court over party won the NSA and its PRISM.

Before the news of the engagement will Yahoo! sticking PRISM program, under the leadership of the company's Marissa Mayer struggled to resist PRISM and explain to the public that they do not support the PRISM what its users submit data to the NSA.

Ron Bell, Yahoo! General Counsel, wrote in his personal Tumblr, "Yahoo! does not participate PRSIM or any program that aims to divulge user data to the government (the United States)."

Discovery of Yahoo vs. NSA case is not free from interference Edward Snowden, system administrator NSA, which brings out the PRISM project related information of the NSA office in a flash disk.

Bell also said that the leaking of user data they exist due to 'theft' and it was negligence in the protection of user data. In addition, prior to this case appears, the U.S. government also continued pressing Yahoo! users that they submit data to the NSA.

Such as Yahoo!, Google and Facebook are also denied their involvement will be PRISM program. Prior to this, Google and Facebook are two of the many giant companies highlighted by skyrocketing coverage on PRISM.

However, what is asked Google and Facebook will be their exclusion from the PRISM program widely criticized by various parties. Even those who make ambiguous statements are the exact same sentence, "We had not heard of a program called PRISM for yesterday," as Mark Zuckerberg wrote in his personal Facebook account and the Google blog.

Although Yahoo!, Google, Facebook or other insisted would argue not participate in the PRISM program, the question is why there is a court that is called 'Secret Court' or secret court? Why the secret? Is it just a trick the U.S. government, the NSA and the giant companies as transfer issue alone? What do you think?
