Invisible Criminal Polrestabes Trunoyudo Bandung Commissioner Vishnu Andiko specifically admitted there is no rule that prohibits the Nazi symbol. Installation of Swastika symbol, commonly known as hakenkreus or hooked cross also does not violate the law.
"To comfort we appealed to the management to immediately replace the (concept and logo Nazi)," he said in Mapolrestabes Bandung, Friday (19/7).
So far there has been no negative response to the presence of the cafe. But with the media coverage is feared to make people uneasy.
"People are also expected not to take action is also not to be provoked in order not to violate the law," he explained.
Previous Bandung Deputy Mayor Ayi Vivananda said the same thing. Bandung City Government does not have a special rule that prohibits the Nazi symbol. But it is feared would destroy the integrity of the Republic.
"Nazi itukan teaches violence and racist," he said. He will soon call to question the use of the Nazi emblem.
"The response to avoid triggers redistributed sentiment," he said.
