Israel Holds Air Attack to Syria


The Government of Israel, Saturday (04/05/2013), confirming the country's air force has attacked Syria. This statement corroborate previous reports that the U.S. posted a variety of media.

Air strikes against Syrian targets the delivery of rockets to Hezbollah in Lebanon. Similarly, a number of Israeli officials such as broadcast television station Al Arabiya.

Meanwhile, Lebanese security sources told Reuters kepara Israeli air force activity increased during Thursday and Friday.

Lebanese suspect Israeli warplanes was watching the possible deployment of weapons from Syria to Lebanon, most likely to Hezbollah, an ally of Iran and Assad.

"We believe the increase in activity related to delivery of the Israeli air force weapons, particularly chemical weapons from Syria to its allies in Lebanon," said the official who declined to be named.

Meanwhile, a Syrian rebel commander said Qassim Saadedine Israeli attack targeted a convoy of the carrier rocket being sent to Hezbollah in Lebanon.

"We received information that there had been an attack on the convoy of Israeli weapons shipments to Hezbollah. However, we have not got the information site of the attack," said Saadedine based in Syrian-Turkish border.

The attack was the second Israeli air strike into Syrian territory in this year. In April Israeli air attack that also targeted a convoy of suspected arms shuttles will be sent to Hezbollah.
