Daniel Metzgar, 44, sued the doctors who operated on him in 2009 after suffering an erection that lasted for eight months. This week, the court will hear the claim on medical malpractice that happened.
Michael C. Heyden, lawyers of Daniel, said that his client, who worked as a truck driver that has always had trouble being trapped in a "position" unpleasant suffered since doing penile implants. As reported by the Daily Mail (11/6), the implants fitted by a surgeon named Dr. Thomas J. Desperito.
However, as Daniel lawsuit countered by medics because he reportedly been advised to remove the implant when his scrotum to swell to the size of a volleyball after undergoing surgery last December.
