Coordinating Minister for Politics: Officers will be silent if the demo orderly

Some elements of society, workers and students staged major protests planned increase in the price of fuel oil (BBM) subsidy. The government hopes that the action runs in an orderly and peaceful, so that aspirations can be accommodated properly.

Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Djoko Suyanto sure, the police will not take any action if the protest was orderly and safe.

"Must be orderly and safe, I think the security forces will not do any acts of violence, the first to be held. Period demo dipukulin screaming continued," Djoko said at the State Palace, Jakarta, Monday (17/6).

If the protest is the clash is unavoidable, then the government will see which group is doing provocative actions. Especially, the demo does not damage or interfere with the interests of others.

"See what kind of problem before? Far as the demo is done safely, orderly, and not damage, do not bother other people, I think the security forces will not do anything," he concluded.
