Three astronauts have arrived at the International Space Station, after being flown from Kazakhstan. The time it takes to get to the space station that turns faster than the flight time ever done.
Usually travel from Earth to the space station takes up to 45 hours. However, a trio consisting of cosmonaut Pavel Vinogradov and Alexander Misurkin of Russia, as well as Chris Cassidy from the United States, only takes 6 hours to reach the International Space Station.
This condition shows that the journey from Earth to the space station, has a faster travel time from London to New York flight.
According to NASA television commentator, this trip could be called the "chase into space". "Spacecraft Soyuz TMA-08M has received updates and maneuvering thruster technology," the commentator said, quoted by the Telegraph.
Meanwhile, according to Vinogradov, Russian cosmonauts experienced, it seems the workers airlines have reduced the weight of the spacecraft.
"The new technology was very influential in the cut travel time for the spacecraft to the space station," said Vinogradov.
He added, though the trip has a short time, but the system is running normal flight.
"With such a short time, I think the crew could take out the ice cream and will not melt after the spacecraft was up," said Vinogradov.
