Restaurant YO! Sushi from Japan is trying new technologies to serve sushi at their restaurant. They tried to present the food in a way to fly. Advanced discovery called iTray was first tried at a restaurant in Soho.

Robin Rowland, CEO of YO! Sushi in London explained that the company they are trying new things out of bounds with iTray. ITray technology itself can fly up to 25 mph on the customer and can be controlled by an iPad.
