Ash-Shaykh Muhammad ash-Syinqithiy - may Allah have mercy on him - said, "His Exalted Word:
وأنزلنا إليك الذكر لتبين للناس ما نزل إليهم ولعلهم يتفكرون
And
We have sent down unto remembrance (of the Qur'an), that you may
explain to mankind what has been revealed to them, and so they thought. Q.S. An-Nahl: 44.
Allah the Exalted ... has stated, in this verse, two drop wisdom of the Qur'an to the Prophet - Allaah 'alaihi wasallam -:
First:
that he - Allaah 'alaihi wasallam - outlining what Allah sent down to
man on prohibitions and commands, promises and threats, and the like it.
And the wisdom of God has been explained in other passages such as his word:
وما أنزلنا عليك الكتاب إلا لتبين لهم الذي اختلفوا فيه And We sent down to thee the Book (the Qur'an) is, but so that you can explain to them what they differ. Q.S. An-Nahl: 64.
إنا أنزلنا إليك الكتاب بالحق لتحكم بين الناس
Verily We have sent down to you the Book with the truth, so that you may judge between people. Q.S. An-Nisa ': 105.

لعلهم يتفكرون so they thought. Q.S. An-Nahl: 44.
And Allah has explained the wisdom in this verse than his word such as:
كتاب أنزلناه إليك مبارك ليدبروا آياته وليتذكر أولوا الألباب
This
is a book which We have sent down to you full of blessings that they
may pay attention to the verses and that was a class of people who have a
mind. Q.S. Shaad: 29.
And His words:
أفلا يتدبرون القرآن ولو كان من عند غير الله لوجدوا فيه اختلافا كثيرا
Do they not consider the Qur'an? If it had been revealed it is not from Allah, they would have got a lot of contradictions in it. Q.S. An-Nisaa ': 82.
And His words:
أفلا يتدبرون القرآن أم على قلوب أقفالها
Do they not consider the Qur'an or are their hearts locked up? Q.S. Muhammad: 24.
